Catered or Self Catered with Exclusive Use
Arete Centre can accommodate groups from as large as 100+ down to small groups of 10 . The centre is made up of three parts – Main Centre, sleeping 54, the West-Wing, sleeping 20 and Bryn Eryr, sleeping 44. Each area has separate communal areas and cooking facilities for self catered groups. Your accommodation area can be locked off, to be fully independent, or combined if you’re a part of a larger group.
Modern accommodation facilities and space for leisure time, make for a comfortable stay. Outside we have parking, an acre of land, BBQ area and a pond. Locally there are many attractions and natural areas to visit.
Choose between our popular catered full board option or self catering. The centre can be booked as accommodation only or as part of an activity course. Bedding can be provided at an extra cost.

Bryn Eryr

- 5 dormitory style rooms and 4 leader rooms between the main house and Snowdon view. 46 beds in total comfortably sleeping 40 people.

Catering
Food for catered accommodation
We can cater for groups of 10 to 110 people in size. You can choose to be fully catered or mix between being self catered and choose select meals to be cooked for you.
Breakfast: Cereals, toast plus a cooked part such as bacon and egg, sausage (pork, halal beef or vegetarian) and hashbrown or beans on toast.
Lunch: We put out a range of ingredients in the morning for you to make sandwiches plus fruit, crisps and cake.
Dinner: Our highly trained cooks can cater for all dietary requirements. Choose from a set meal of homemade pizza and wedges, spaghetti bolognese, chicken / vegetable curry and rice, roast dinner, fish and chips, pasta bake, shepherds pie. The meals come with vegetables or salad. A soup starter can be chosen plus a desert such as chocolate gateaux, banoffee pie, yogurt or cheesecake.
Cost: Fully catered with accommodation cost from £30 per person per night. Please enquire if want costs for a partially catered course.
Booking Accommodation
How to secure your accommodation dates at Arete
To book, please contact us with your group size and preferred dates. Please use either the form below or info@aretecentre.co.uk. For questions we can also be contacted on 01286672136 .
- When we confirm availability, a simple online booking form will be sent to the main contact.
- The booking is confirmed once we receive the booking form, you have agreed to our letting agreement and made paid a 30% deposit or the full amount if arriving less than 30 days away.
- Before arrival you will receive an information pack including a code to access the accommodation.
Payment Schedule:
For bookings less than 30 days in advance the full amount should be paid to confirm the booking.
For bookings more than 30 days in advance a deposit of 30% of the accommodation fee is paid to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable. A 14 day cooling off period is given upon receipt of a deposit payment made 4 months or more before the start of your stay or activity days. During this cooling off period it is possible to claim a deposit refund if a cancellation is made. The balance is due 30 days in advance of the arrival date.
The full amount is not refundable if the client makes a cancellation less than 30 days in advance.
