We provide both personal awards and leadership awards for canoeing and kayaking. This can be in the disciplines of inland kayak, sea kayak and open canoeing. This is in line with the British Canoe syllabuses.
Paddle Awards
For those getting into a boat for the first time and then learning initial boat handling skills and awarness. Desgined to increase confidence within a shelterd environment.
Paddle Start, Paddle Discover & Paddle Explore
Start award is for those getting on the water for the first time. Discover provides the next steps to confidence on the water with handling skills and water awareness. Explore demonstrates more independance to make informed descions for yourself. These courses are run in conjunction with Sea 2 Summit.

Paddlesport Instructor
An entery level award to be used in very sheltered water. Enables candidates to safely brief and kit out the group, run familiarisation activities, run activities for participants to familiarise theirselves with entery level craft and how to use mini jouneys to inspire.
Our coaching courses are run with a fun and dynamic style so you shouldn’t feel intimidated even though it is a qualification course. You will have confidence and the ability to put into practice your newfound skills. A clear action plan will be drawn up and detailed feedback for each candidate.
